  1. Help with ccj/charge on home

Hi can someone help me pls

..I received a letter from land registry last week regarding an interim charging order over the property, it was from guildford CC

i had no idea what the hell this was about until i telephoned them..papers were sent from northhampton CC to guildford CC with a stamp "papers not served" then a CCJ had been lodged at Guildford in my name over an MBNA debt in july 2000!

It had been bought by Arrow Global llc.. they are in USA i have had no contact (phone/letters) ect from them no court papers.

.the ccj was added on the 17th Sept 2008 and the charging order straight after..

    i have a hearing on 5th Dec 08

..i just dont know what to do.

.i have spoken to CAB i cant afford legal help, they say i have to have it moved to my local court and apply to have it "set aside" but i am so confused

, i have downloaded a N244 form is this the right thing to do?

    what else can i do?

please advise with anything that will help me asap

Hi can someone help me pls..I too received a letter from land registry last week regarding an interim charging order over the property, it was from guildford CC i had no idea what the hell this was about until i telephoned them..papers were sent from northhampton CC to guildford CC with a stamp "papers not served" then a CCJ had been lodged at Guildford in my name over an MBNA debt in july 2000! 3. yes i follow..i also am told different things from different advisors it seems that they are not all reading from the same sheet! Some are helpful some are down right rude..just the luck of who you get! Goodluck Zebedy and let us know how you get on...my reconsideration was posted today (registered)!:D dont hold out much hope but stranger things have happened! fingers crossed

  4. look on Home | Mail Online in the search bar on top right h/side put muslim extremist benefits should come up with a shocking story dated back to 23rd june this year!! A comment has been made at the end of the story which just sums it all up..."Britain, the world is laughing at you" from someone in Canada.

Whenyou get over the shock of that ive found this website which may help us all Benefits Claim and Mental health - Your Benefits and how to claim

think you can request your medical at anytime give them a call zebedy

  5. Dotcom I couldnt agree more..thats exactly what my husband said if i had gone to this medical and told lie after lie maybe i would not be in this position. I have now received my GL24 i have copies of all my med certs, med4 and hospital letters plus a covering essay! on what they have omitted in the report, will send it for reconsideration dont hold out much hope thou..will take it too appeal if i have to! please post and let me know what happens with your hubby....i am in kent by the way, just curious if you are dealing with same idiots that i am?

  6. This has just happened to me also! I have been diagnosed with chronic shoulder impingement, it is now at its worse and i am on the surgery waiting list..recovery time is 9 months to a year!! Have been told no work at all as it will only make it worse..i was a nanny/housekeeper and its my right arm and i am right handed...hence claim for IB..I went for the medical and on the basis of what the DWP doctor reported i was told i had not scored enough points despite 3 medical certificates from my doctor and a med4, hospital appointment letters, xray and MRI scan proof which they were not even interested in looking at... it is the same as dotcoms situation i feel the doctor was lying in the report she gave..i cannot carry or lift anything with that arm they didnt score that, i cant sit in one position for long either that was not scored.. The medical report was that inaccurate, they had only scored me on 1 question, that i could not put a hat on my head!! how stupid is that.. I am getting the complete runaround get told different things everytime i call, i have never claimed any type of benefit before and never imagined it would such a minefield. I am now awaiting the GL24 form yet another questionaire to send back with my recon letter..anyone have any experience of reconsiderations of IB and how you got on? thanks all
