My case ids still ongoing nearly 2 years later every court date i go to gets put back , i was paying mine also and then 8 months later took to court procceds of crime against my home also so iv got 2 trials now , they say they will accept 17 thousand ? where my going to get that i dont care anymore i really dont i made my self ill well not any more if i was a killer a rapist a drug dealer id be scott free just now i dne wrong but because i was on my own with a sick child , i had to i got 35 pounds a week at one time to live on so i done it , and to be honest after what iv seen happen to this counrty the only thing i regret is getting stuck in for it sorry folk but iv gave up now xxxxxxxxxx

im still attendin court for this iv had background reports done then back again for procceds of crime on my home how long can this go on im off work now with stress im back AGAIN on 30 june

they had my bank statments my electric bill gas bill phone bill also they had a copy of my new updated passport also noticed at the bottom of some pages it said ask.com and google i typed my name in to these search engines and my old gardening buissness came up and all the things i had added my name to over the years good luck and my down fall was not taking a lawyer with me DVICE TAKE A LAWYER i wouldnt be going to court if i did xx

i plead guilty to 2 charges , and they still took me to court ? i had actually started paying one off at 20 per month i paid form8 months then got charged why when i was paying that off they dropped the charges on that one after 8 months of paying so im 17 grand still to pay but how can i . and im probly facing a jail sentance also , i plead guilty in court , had the procceds of crime done against my home now iv got a deffered sentance untill the 3rd april they needed that time for the procceds of crime and now im wondering if i do get a sentance do i have a clear slate or do i have to still pay it back does anyone know thanks all xxx

i started claiming and working as all i had was 52 pounds a week for me and my son his father was killed when he was 8 , i had to work to get moeney i had bills to pay i /we had to eat so im not sayin sorry for what i did to survive im sorry now im nearly in jail . but i had to survive . everyone has diffrnt circumstances its easy to say i woek and dont claim , but sometimes i worked a 9=5 each day and all i got paid was 50 pounds a week slave labour yes , but when it comes to you and your child starvin you do anything to stop that xxx

i was at court today its been going on for months now im also down to under 7 stone bad for a lady of 42 years old eh . i plead guilty and iv had proceds of crime now given to me in court . what else can go wrong the judge suspended sentance for 4 weeks to collect what ever procedds get it had my home on it , ill probly get a sentance , my fathers terminal he wont last much longer god i just wish it was all over good luck to all whos going throu simmilar i wouldnt wish this crap on my worst enemy xxxx

Im still here my case keeps gettin put back for god knows why the lawyer thinks its for the best , untill my dad passes can anyone tell me urgently is there a time limit from when i was given the papers by the police i looked at the glasgow web site the gov one and looked at benifit fraud and on one part it says something about a time limit for prosecution mines is being held at glasgow sheriff court the lawyer told me i can get 1 year now after speakin to the PF hes got it reduced to 17 thousand and told me if i dont pay it in a lump sum im looking at 18 months will i take my chances myself as theres no way i can get that money xxx

hi again iv been reading a interesting thread same situation as my self how can i find out how much i would have been allowed in tax credits for working , im getting charged with fraud but if i claim it was a mistake and just claimed the wrong benifits like working tax credits and i am entittled to them the amount in my case 25 thousand will be reduced by the amount i would have been entittled to and i can try and say i claimed wrong benifit so no fraud was commited so how do i find out how much i was entittled to help please xxx

they will get his and prob yours im going to court for 25 grand ,they will also have all house bills to show u tell him get a lawyer or say nothing its all taped good luck xxx

hi iv been and lawyer got it adjorned till 3 sept then hes wrote to me and siad ill get another date hes had it ajorned again he told me this at first meet and said hell get it for around xmas time and that would give me a chance to get the money hes living in another planet . iv had enough now as my dads terminal i want this done now and not at xmas when things might get worse thanks all xxx
