I am not sure what to do next. MCOL, say after logging into my claim, that they can no longer deal with it & it is being sent to the local CC. Please help I am not cure what I have got into. Everyone says not to worry, but its hard not to. 8. OK, Alliance & Leicester. "The claimant claims monies applied to his bank account, by A&L, which are believed to be unlawful. THey constitute charges applied for unpaid direct debits, cheques and further charges as applied by the bank, which include, but are not exclusive to unautharised overdrafts". P.S> i have been told to wait for a court date & am not sure what to do next. I have the court bundle and have read extensively on various forums. Do I need to do anything in the mean time, or just wait for the court date?
