What does FO mean?

I didn't SAR them I dont think but I did CCA Request BCW in July 2007. They sold the debt to 1st credit in 2008 and I wrote them the account is in dispute letter straight away and they disappeared and now LCS have appeared acting for 1st credit. I have sent them the naff off dispute letter so hopefully that will work Anything else I can do?

Thanks for the quick response. I sent the SAR and CCA request off in 2007 and disputed the debt and all they came back with was the application form for the store card but no CCA. I haven't paid anything since I sent the request off and i know it was a good while before this that I paid them although I may have sent nominal payments to hold them off for a while in 2006.

I have today received a letter from LCS Solicitors advising they have been instructed by their client 1st Credit Ltd to contact me regarding this debt and if I don't pay within 7 days they will go for a CCJ against me. What letter can I bang off to them advsing no Credit Agreement in place therefore naff off??

UPDATE I received a reply from the above letter that was sent which was the exact letter I received before. Now they are ringing me constantly. I am sending off a Harrassment letter... what else do i do??

Basically, I sorted them all out with TomTubby a while back and they went away. Now I am getting letters from Southampton City Council saying that I owe them money for the tickets and they will issue warrants etc. Strange as they have already had warrants for them and they expired last year. I wrote to Southampton City Council at the time like I was told explaining that the warrants had expired and Equita were no longer dealing with me etc etc. I also wrote to Bournemouth Council at the same time. I had a reply from Bournemouth but never anything from Southampton. This seems to be their reply. What do I do now??

Bournemouth agreed that the 2 were out of date so cancelled them southampton just ignored me completely! never replied to anything i sent them including when i asked for the tickets but were always happy enough to chase me...

I had 2 with Bournemouth B Council and the rest with Southampton

Hiya!! I'm back with an update a year after this was sorted!!! How ridiculous.... I have just today received a letter from Southampton City Council dated 9th October!!! The warrants ran out on these ages ago as you are all aware so i don't know how this can happen now... HELP!!!!! IMG_0002_NEW.pdf
