I only had my letter this morning can someone tell me what i should do now im confused

I've sent the draft directions that Garyh gave on page 1 of this thread and the letter that Welshcakes gave on page 10 thread 199. I sent a copy to both Thomas Hickey and the court by recorded delivery. Do i need to send anything else or is that ok . I intend to go on the day. Thanks Linda

Hi I had a capital one card a few years ago but it went into debt :-| Since then i have had letters off about 10 different debt collection agencys but i haven't paid anything off it, so can i still claim the charges back. The amount they are asking back is double what my limit was. I had a letter this morning off RED DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY saying they have been appointed by their client LOWELL PORTFOLIO LTD to collect the money. If i can get it back do i write to capital one or the debt collectors. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me.

If you didn't ask for this type of account you can go to your branch and demand to have a normal current account that is free. Look on this link Current Accounts - Current Bank Accounts - Barclays Personal Banking there is a free current account. And if it was me i would also demand the money back that i was charged for having an account that i didn't ask for in the first place.

Dino is one of the litigation team. His email address and phone number is on the link that moneyking gave you. When you contact him just tell him you have a court date for the 17th july and ask him can he tell you who is dealing with your claim, and then ring them and ask them would they like to settle because the court date is only a few days away.
