Hi All, I am DaReclaimer and I am new to this site. From time to time I have fallen behind in making payments for my mortgage to Halifax. Each time they send me a letter to advise I have missed the payment they charge me £35 plus interest added to my mortgage account. My mortgage payment is now up to date. I am able to reclaim these charges back. Many many thanks for your help.
