  3. Hi Slick Just been to court to file My N1, The girl behind the counter was training a new girl on what to check, anyhow she cross referenced the Court fees with the old list & told the new girl that there will be a new list of fees as of monday. I,ve copied the information from MSE site.

  5. Thanks for your replys guys Just another quick one when i take my N1 & poc to court to file, should i include all the correspondance between myself & the bank (1 standard OFT letter :rolleyes:from barclays) at this stage or leave this for the court bundle? Thanks again

Hi there I'm a little behind with my claim,but should be back on track next week just been a liitle bit skint & car problems also had to save for court costs:rolleyes: anyhow if someone could check these details for my N1 & new poc before i proceed it would be greatly appreciated N1 form Brief details of claim - written as in original barclays poc Ticked No to Human Rights Act 1998 New Barclays Poc (sorry for shorthanded version) Section 17(1) a declaration of sums totalling £3330 etc (2) Payment of said sum £3330 etc (3) Interest Under section 69etc sum of 3330 @ daily rate of 73p unitil judgment etc. any help is greatly appreciated

  10. received letter off barclays today, sorry your not happy etc etc seems to be standard letter explaining your complaint has been logged. If you continue to claim through courts we will ask for a stay (big yawn)

  13. thanks for the replys guys, just a question about the soc for the date would you for example put in for the date june 01 to june 07 to cover the six years,or as of the first charge listed to the last charge listed in my soc??? sorry for the dumb questions but i just want to get it right:)
  14. Finally got through statements looking at around £3000 & still to add more for July. Going to double check them again tonight & then send the prelim tomorrow. Just wanted to double check my description of Paid Referral & Unpaid out are acceptable for the spread sheet (don't want to mess up) I have seen other threads with this mentioned but can't find them at the moment to double check
  15. Hi been away for a liitle while but received my list of charges while i was away. Just wanted to clarify if i should still stick the the timetables & continue to the next step, after hearing about the test case
  16. Hi wordword I'm at the same stage as yourself. i sent of my sar on the 4th of June. So now the long wait for statments. I would stick to the cag Data Protection Act SAR Letter from this site. That way there won't be any confusion between advice.

  18. S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) posted today by recorded delivery also with the £10 fee. Just wondering whats the average for getting statements back?

  22. Hi there new to forum but taking the big leap & sending my S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) on Monday by recorded delivery. I don't have all of my statements but the statements i do have looking at charges of around £1800.00:eek: Held off a little while trying to set up a parachute bank account so here goes. Also never posted on forums before so please bear with me.
