Hi ya ive just got a call off this number at work, they said they were a debt managment company and also offer a no win no fee on reclaiming bank charges, told them to do one, i asked were they got my details from and they said it was a questionnaire or form that i filled in online i told them to remove me from their systems and they hung up when i rang back i got this number is not reconized Strange call especially as they rang me at work ive never give out my works number, so i dunno what to do, any ideas

Hi ya guys New to this so youll have to bear with me...sorry Ive just come upon this forum and have to saythat i have found it very helpful. Just 1 question I called my bank the 1st May and asked for my bank statements from the last 6 years and they said ok but there is a 40 day period until i recieve them..ok fine. Would it have been better to send the request off in writing, im with Barclays and have been for 14 years and up to now they have always delivered on their word but i have doubts that they will stick to sending the statements out. Can somebody tell me if it would have been better to have the request in writing and if so would the 40 days restart from the day that i send the letter Any help would be appreciated Thanks Koopz2006
