I have just been charged £26.45p for going overdrawn by 78 pence. I spoke to rbs via the phone they said I have to go into the branch to sort it wouldnt even give me a complaint address after telling me I will be getting another charge as this charge has made me overdrawn again 2nd time in acc history first time was a total oversight (the 78p). When I go to the bank to request this charge be squashed what can I use to show I mean business with regards to getting this unethical charge removed. How is it fair to charge over £50 for 78p. Sorry if this isnt making sense I got a sick son on my hands and I am keeping an eye on the clock as he has a doctors appt.

The sheer volume of claims they are receiving is causing A huge back log, I have many customer's with this problem, have you considered a crisis loan, this seem's to speed them up a bit into processing your claim, I alway sent complaints to the manager of the local job centre but in this case your main issue is with the processing site, I personal always sent complaints of this nature to Local MP,s as well as the local JCP expressing extreme hardship which is certainly your case due to your housing issue. You can also put in a claim for Hardship with the Local Authority but they are as long winded as DWP in all fairness. You could also consider sending your compalint directly to Gordon Brown this really gets them to take notice. I expect the fact you were self employed is playing its part have they confirmed they have all relevant documents they need to process you claim? You can try to book an appt and request the JCP faxes over any docs still outstanding. Be calm and do not shout you have every right to be annoyed put that doesnt get you anywhere, writen complaints do.

I recd a letter from abbey like the one posted above, this is the only contact i have had with abbey since they paid me my bank charges back in 2007. I just wanted to know if any one had any idea what to do as the person above said when she contacted abbey they said she owed the money showing on her statement.

I thought I would be cheeky and asked for cost which i recd, while I was negotiating I asked the woman I was dealing with to confirm the status of my acc which had a default of £818.27 this also happens to be the exact amount on the letter I recd today. She told me to contact my local branch who told me my acc was closed with nothing outstanding. I had no further contact from abbey till today, over two years later. These people are something else, so all this time I have been blacklisted by Abbey. Please advice I am in a kick arse mood.

My so goes to an academy school and I have been looking up the Charactistics of an Academy set down in the 1996 Act, 1) b, provide education for pupils of different abilities, They have a one shape fits all approach 12) Conditions of Grant e, there will be an emphasis on the needs of the individual pupils including pupils with SEN (with or without statements) Can I use this as they do not treat children as individual they are a very strict school with no give in them regardless of the situation. I also have found other relevant things in the Arrangments for pupils with SEN and Disabilities and DDA Act. I need this to stop I know the school think I am a pain in the behind but I have to protect my son as no one else will do you think I am going over board. I have no relationship with any of the teacher as I find them rude and patronising and neither as my son, which is quite sad. I wnted to put him in a SN school but due to no statement I couldnt do that.

No he is not yet statemented waiting to be seen by Autism clinic first. I have been told it will be by March we have been waiting since he was 8 years old but due to human error he had been forgotten. The only reason we are getting somewhere now is because I went to CAMHS and just broke down and demanded help, at this stage my son was self harmimg, happy to say he no longer does this thanks to the lady we currently see at CAMHS she saved us. We have been under CAMHS since he was 5 but we slipped through the net the staff we were allocated to kept leaving after a couple of mouths this happened to my Son 3 times, so just has he was beginning to open up we would have someone new to deal with. My son is 12 years old and we are currently attending CAMHS monthly to see a clinical psychologist and are waiting to be seen by the austim clinic for an assessment. I have kept my son in main stream school and this is his second year in secondary school. I have been to the school many times and have wrote many letter to the school concerning my son difficulties and it is now at the stage where many of the teachers no longer talk to me. My son is very vunerable and as learning difficulties he also as emotional problems with low eslf esteem, he hates to be shouted at or talked to harshly and to be honest he is a quite, good immature little boy who does not deserve this type of treatment. I have complained about two of the teachers talking to my son in a harsh and unpleasant manner and explained that he will not respond well to this type of behaviour to no avail. Today when I picked him up he was very sad and after much prompting he told me another teacher had upset him today because he had forgot to do his homework, the only time this term, She questioned him on why he had not done his home work, he stated he had forgot, she said 'that is no excuse what else are you going to say, you were not here?' He was not at school on the monday. She told him she was looking at a lazy child and then proceded to tell him to get out of her sight and to stay out of her sight. he told me he hid when he saw her as he was scared. this is not right and totally unacceptable. I am going to write to the Head Master and wanted any pointer you may be able to give with regards to my sons rights, he gets DLA low rate both part, ive recently reapplied for a new assessment as adviced by CAMHS. sorry if this is not making much sense I am so upset.

I have now recd original documents back from other customer a good 3/4 weeks after he recd them. This man took photo copies of these documents and this weekend he told me he has shredded them. My son's savers acc is with Abbey and new acc which we were opening but no longer want. Abbey took over 6 weeks to deal with complaint but by then I had original docs back because I had threatened to call in the police but not photo copies. I have complained to Information Commissioners and the FSA. Recd standard receipt from INFO COM Have recd letter from abbey with offer of £100.00 not yet posted but signed due to son's wishes. Do not really know were to go from here. I am not on a money making spree just so annoyed abbey did not seen too concerned about my son's lost details I had to get my sons details back myself.

Hobbie no reason to get so up tight or personal, I was extremely upset at the time, Why bother keep replying to my post just to express outrage, is that how you get your kicks. My phone company charge me for calls and the last time I sent a letter it wasnt free if I remember correctly. I understand your point but at the end of the day how I deal with this is down to me, I did not ask Abbey to send my sons details to a total stranger so as I could claim compensation all i wanted was my sons details returned asap not rude phone calls 2 months after the incident. Abbey also lead the other parent to believe I had his sons details which lead to two very heated phone calls between us. I never received them yet they said I had with out even checking if this was a fact or not. Please do not think I am justifying myself because I am not like I said each to their own.
