Does any one know the OFT head office address as I have tried all rouutes through RBS since mar 06 and have been completely ignored went to the ombudsman in Nov 06 and still nothing. I now want to copy John Fingleton on all my correspondence as this bad customer service is unfair trading and I believe I should be compensated for this along with the charges. Vicki

Hi Can any one help? I am a small Scottish retailer and have been trying to get my charges returned from RBS since MARCH!! 2006. I have even written to their CEO. In Nov 07 I wrote to the ombudsman and they wrote to RBS with an 18 jan dead line, I have been "in a queue" since then. If nothing happens soon I could just about explode. Hi all, I noticed on one thread a chap had asked his bank to produce copies of signed loan agreements they have not been able to do so. The response was that if a bank cannot produce the signed copies of loan agreements the loan does not exist. My bank RBS have admitted that there are no copies of any of my "facilities" letters relating to increasing my overdraft. Does this mean that the increases do not apply? Can anyone answer? Vicki

Hi, I have tried to find any small business's in the ML10 area of Scotland who would like to start a campaign regarding the crucifying RBS bank charges . The difficulty I am having is that most of your site are consumers and the situation is slightly different. I am currently awaiting a response from the Ombudsman and the wait is excruciating. I have had some very good and encouragement from "hageuk" but I feel out on a limb at present, as I'm sure you know once you contact the Ombudsman everything grinds to a halt.
