Ive had dealings with moorcroft over a catalogue debt, i sent them a cca request and got a letter back with a so called agreement enclosed amd nothing was enclosed havent heard from them since, do not speak to them if they contact you, and if they are hassling you send them an harassment letter, all letters can be found on the letter template library x

They should still provide smokers with a room to smoke in, one for smokers and one for non smokers, it is our choice to smoke and we still have rights too, i dont agree with smoking in restaurants, pubs and clubs will need more policing as all the smokers are out on the streets.

Hi my partner got a letter last years from wescot about a phone he had in 2004 saying the same thing it was a t mobile contract. He got the phone in oct 2004 and took it back within a week, no trace of it at car phone warehouse and hes left will a bill of 454.

We have rung them and they said that it states in the t&c's that they can take the money out without hes permission so he asked for a copy of the t &cs and they refused to send them, im going to ask sea side lady for some advice as i am going to write them a letter

Hi thanx for the reply. Can they take it out without informing you, the letter stated that my partner had to make a payment before the 3rd august nothing was mentioned about them taking it out yesterday

My partner has two accounts with the halifax a current account and a savings account, he is £142.89 overdrawn in the current account, he paid a cheque into his savings account on the 2nd july 2006 and on the 6th july 2007 the halifax have taken £142.89 out of his savings account and paid it into the current account, he got a letter on the 7th july 2007 stating that to remedy the breach he must pay £142.89 before the 3rd august 2007, it didnt say that the haliifax was going to take the sum out of hes account, where does he stand with this are the halifax allowed to take money out of hes account without hes permission or without informing him.

Hi i am receiving harassment calls from Halifax they are ringing my landline number and mobile number approximately 15 calls a day, i am with virgin media if i contact them would they be able to log the calls and send me a list of when they have telephoned? I have also sent the Halifax a letter of harassment. Lorraine x
