  1. I filed my claim with https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/csmco/index.jsp after no response from my LBA and have just received a letter from LloydsTsb stating they have become involved with legal proceedings with The Office Of Fair Trading (OFT) in relation to bank charges. Furthermore they has asked the Financial Services Authority (FSA) to suspend the normal timetable for dealing with bank charges and the FSA have agreed this! Beg my ignorance but does this mean:- A) I just sit and wait until a decision has been agreed from the above? B) It could take years? C) Do i have to act on this?
  2. Thanks, please forgive but im not sure with the acrynoms. Please tell me what MHO means? Am i right in saying that i should go to my local courts and get an N1 form fill it in and send back the N1 form to my local court. Also would i have to send anything to LloydsTsb. Also you stated:- Also read the step-by-step instructions here & FAQ's print off the instructions so you can tick-off what you have done. Im not sure where the latter is? Thank you
  3. Hi, can anyone advise me on the step after not receiving a response from my "letter before action" with the 14 days. I believe i have to make a small claims court application on line. My question is do i just do this online or do i have to post anything because i did read something about sending something to the head office. When i sent my prelimanry request for my charges only back, i basically received a letter saying they are not going to pay anything back. Then i sent the LBA and the 14 days are nearly up. Hence im not sure about the next step ie claim online by Money Claim Online web site, which is run by the Court Service. And or do i post anything to the head office or back to the address which sent me the response letter after my prelimanry request for charges back letter thanx in adv

  6. Hi, im just starting out my claim and have received by post many pages of Dated and amounts of Overdraft Excess Fee's and Overdraft interest. Im not sure, do i send the preliminary approach for repayment letter and do i attempt to claim for the Overdraft interest? But im reading of people getting court orders and having to send action request forms. Please can someone provide a bit of help ie just claim for the Overdraft Excess Fee's or Overdraft interest aswell, and is it still worth seeing it through? thanx in adv
