Oh why..... what happened?

Well after a formal complaint it has been determined that a conversation was held out of hours September 2009 regarding my cats wellbeing. But they failed to update the sysem as they had put my cat down as an emergency. I have been informed I can register my dog there without waiting for 6 months. I used this fact in my argument: 'PDSA will only agree to immediate substitution of a registered pet if it dies in their care or is put to sleep at the PDSA PetAid Hospital'. As this was the case they have to bind by it. I as a result had to end up paying extra for my dog to be neutered and chipped. I know for a fact being eligible for assistance at PDSA this would have cost me less. they are also getting back to me in regards to this complaint. Thank you Kiptower xxx

Will also educate my daughter to read food labels. Keep up the campaign. You certainly opened my eyes about the rubbish in our foods.

Thats definately going in my bin. Will have to replace it with something that doesnt contain this or is it in all margarines /butter spreads?

I believe I may be lactose intollerant and now reading labels. Thanks for the info as I will be looking for trans fat too and try to avoid it whenever possible out of my diet.

Right now reading the small print on Flora Buttery. It contains trans fat. It reads "International dietary guideline recommend a limited intake of saturated fats, trans fat, sugars and salt (sodium) to maintain good health. This product is in line with these guidelines".

Thats really disturbing to hear. Keep up the campain x

I already had 3 pets registered there. Its there fault they failed to update the system which resulted in a no show. So the receptionist updated the system on the day I went which then I would have to wait 6 months for me to add another pet. The 6 month rule is not applicable for my cat that was put down on their premises over 6 months ago. So I shouldnt even have to wait 6 months in the first place.

I am very disappointed with the PDSA at Attercliffe, Sheffield. I took my unregistered dog to be registered as they had put my cat down over 6 months ago. When I took my dog in to give his details they informed me they do not have any records that the cat had been put down there. What a farce. I asked the receptionist If there were any other records she could look at. She said no and told me I could not register my dog for 6 months. Its not my fault they failed to update my circumstances.Im on a limited income but because I wanted my dog neutering asap I had to go elsewhere which cost me more money than I really wanted to pay.

It's just a general form of judgement or order to be listed ad 2 hours have been allocated after judge adjourned the case in March 07 in order to read the case. The case in March had only allocated 10 mins. I beleive this is to determine track.

AT COURT AGAIN WITH THE ABBEY AFETER THEY STATE TEY HAVE SETTLED. THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS I HAVE ASKED COVERING UP EACH ANSWER (When i do get on which is very rare) WITH "WITHOUT PREJUDICE". THE ABBEY CLAIM TO HAVE SETTLED I FULL AND I DISPUTE THAT, PLUS THAT HAVE REDUCED MY BUNDLE FIGURE BASED ON THE FACT THAT MY CHARGES INCREASED..... TUT TUT.... I HAD ALSO ASKED THE JUDGE TO CONSIDER CONTRACTUAL INTEREST BUT IF THE ABBEY HAD PAID IN FULL THIS WOULD NOT BE A PRIORITY. THE JUDGE HAS ALLOWED 2 HOURS FOR THE CASE WHICH I BELIEVE IS FOR ALLOCATION FOR TRACK. I ASKED THE COURT FOR SMALL CLAIMS TRACK TO PREVENT COSTS IF IT WENT IN THE ABBEYS FAVOUR. AM I STILL IN A POSITIO TO REQUEST STANDARD DISCLOSURE AS THE ABBEY ALL OLONG HAVE REFUSED TO RESPOND TO MY MNY LETTERS REQUESTING THIS..... OR WOULD YOU SUGGEST A DIFFERENT TRACK (if possible) TO DETERMINE THIS ROUTE?.
