Another update still heard nothing from hayley but have recieved another letter from robinson way please pay us now,i could scream twice ive had to remind them they are no longer collecting on the debt and here they are harrassing me again,harrassment letter in the post me thinks x

Hi quick update I wrote again to hayley asking for a proper explanation also told her her reply made no sense to what id asked of her,also asked her to look into the matter again and give a final response so i can move on with the matter that was 4 weeks ago still ive heard nothing until they phoned me yesterday,asking me to confirm my details ect the usual garbage,i told them i would confirm nothing and that the only person i would speak to was hayley after a lot of huffing and puffing on her part to get me to confirm anything,i remained calm until she decided to hang up dont think that will be the last phonecall i get though lol,is it worth me writing a reminder giving a time limit for a response say 7 days,any help appreciated thank you x

got reply from ms felton,basically dodged all my evidence no mention what so ever of anything in my complaint letter,just stated that robinson way are no longer dealing with the account and that there is no evidence of added charges not authorised by the client. Ill get back to it after christmas thanks for the help so far everyone and merry christmas and a happy new year x x x

got my sar from uu,no charges added,so rob way have added them, i put in formal complaint to complaints and compliance manager they will get back to me within 28 days,after doing the calculations it appears to me that about 60 quid is outstanding and not just short of 300 that they are chasing me for.i put in complaint to uu telling them of robinson ways dodgy dealings so uu have now passed the debt of just short of 300 quid to CONCILIA,i feel like banging my head against a brick wall,they arnt supposed to pass a debt about when its in dispute are they ? any help appreciated folks x

quick update,recieved a letter from horwich farr they are advising their client robinson way to take me to court,how nice for me lol,ive still not had my sar from uu so im going to chase up on that too.

Thanks for the reply percival it was a one off debt there should never have been anything added for current years water charges as i was not responsible for water charges at my new address,robinson way knew this because i told them several times and forwarded them proof from UU for all the good it did me they just ignored it. I will send a formal complaint to hayley felton and forward the emails from uu to her,thanks again

I have recieved a reply from complaints manager with regards to the adjustments on my account,i find it very confusing ill write it word for word. The various adjustments on your account are as follows: 23/08/05 £183.82- added to the outstanding balance in accordance with our clients instructions for the current years water 07/03/06 £413.63 Deducted from the outstanding balance in accordance with our clients instructions and represents a finalised bill 13/04/06 £229.69- added to the outstanding balance in accordance with our clients instructions for the current years water 20/04/06 £229.69- duplication of the above (reversed 02/08/06) 21/04/06 £11.00 deducted from the account in accordance with our clients instructions (reversed on 26/05/07) 02/08/06 £229.69 deducted from the balance and represents the reversal of the duplicated amount 20/04/06 26/05/07 £11.00- added to the outstanding balance and represents the reversal of £11.00 on 21/04/06 I trust this is satisfactory, however if you require a further breakdown of the actual amounts then you should communicate directly with united utilities. yours sincerely Robinson Way & co LTD AS you can see its very confusing im still waiting on SAR from UU,If anyone can help with what next to do id appreciate it greatly,kind regards col123 x

ok no help on the letter then. Im just going to write to Hayley Felton again and ask her to explain what the adjustments are and maybe a copy of emails from UU saying no charges have been added,ill update again when i can.

Update,I got my SAR after sending the letter that percy told me to send (very quickly replied to,Thanks Percy)here is the letter cover Dear col123,with ref to you sar please find enclosed all info,you will note that the information held relates only to occurences on this account dated after january 05. this was the date in which our client robinson way was appointed as agents, for info relating to the period before this date please contact original client,regards,horwich farrelly. Now im waiting on my SAR from UUtililies,im certain there are no charges ect as they have confirmed this twice in emails one last year when i queried amount added by rob way and once this year,ill update when i get sar from UU. please bear with me on this,i first argued the toss with rob way in april 04 original debt was 427.00 i payed regularly until i owed 228.00 i then got letter from rob way saying my new balance was 676.86 :o after lots of tears and tantrums and phone calls,i sent rob way the email from uu with the breakdown of payments,rob way then sent me a letter saying ok then you only owe us 416.00,i still argued the toss but got no where,they then passed me to horwich farrelly who said i owed 396.00 this was around oct 06. again i paid regularly £10 a month until i found you lot and started this thread, my balance to date is 297.17 . I KNOW ITS BORING PLEASE DONT LEAVE ME LOL back to the sar,there are several figures under adjustments aug 05 £183.82- aug 06 £229.00 apr 06 £229.69- apr 06 £229.69- mar 06 £413.63 thats about it folks nothing adds up nothing makes sense,i have a pile of letters as proof they added charges ect,im expecting another dca to take over as these lot dumped me as soon as i started asking for statements, Help on my next step please,sorry to bore you all with long post i just want rid of these ****.thanks col123

Robinson Way,constantly adding charges blaming the OC,When i question OC they send me written proof that they havent added any charges,when robinson way are questioned about it they ignore me,they have ignored my request for a statement of account and my request for a SAR although they did cash the cheque for the SAR !

Well the SAR was completely ignored but the cheque cashed almost immediately (even though they not collecting the debt any more)Percivals letter sent recorded yesterday one to horwich and one to hayley thanks percival ill update if i hear anything.

Hi im in same boat really,they ignored my request for statement of account,i just got a letter saying they no longer dealing with it,then i SAR,d them they have 9 days left to respond they cashed the cheque immediately but i wont hold my breath to hear anything from them,they kept putting charges on account blaming united utilities,however i have proof from uu that no charges have been added by them ever ,not sure what my next step will be i just have to sit tight for now,but i wont let this drop,feel free to visit my thread and see how i get on,good luck to you x

Just a quick update,we got no joy from energy watch just basically the same letter from them 3 times,passed to another 2 DCAs in the end i got fed up and made an appointment at our local CAB just over a week later we got a phone call from them to say they had managed to trace past payments to british gas (funny how they couldnt trace them before) anyway Citizens advice said it was quick as we had done most of the work ourselves,its just a case of not giving in and working your way throgh the complaints proceedure,so we ***won***

Hi all ive been mulling things over over the weekend,i think im going to accept the offer from cap one it wipes the dca debt and leaves about £70 to be sent by cheque,i know i was after default removal but i got 3 weeks until baby due to be born and i just want to rest up ill post again when cheque arrives and i know the balance is £0 on DCA account,does this mean i can change my title to ***WON**** ? thanks guys for all your help ill be sticking around for a while yet x

sorry to be a pain should i let court know as cap 1 said they wrote to court to tell them they paid in full,should i inform court in writing about them not including default removal ?

Thank you any ideas on how best to word the letter i think it would be best to keep the claim as a whole rather than part settlement just in case they decide to be funny about it x

Hi got my letter today we will pay you the full amount although we dont beleive you have a chance in court blah blah blah,we will let lowell know as they own the account we will send you a cheque for the difference Good news its one less debt for me to worry about,however there is no mention of the default removal in fact no mention of the default at all,this was clearly stated in all my letters to them and in my POC They say they have written to court to let them know the claim has been paid for in full,while this is true (when i recieve cheque)the default removal was part of my claim,any advice on what to do about this would be greatly appreciated,thank you everyone who has helped me get this far i counldnt have done it without you,big kisses to all of you x x x

Got letter from court notice that defendant filed an acknowlegement of service on 27th July,intending to defend all the claim,it also states it was filed by solicitors and a contact person and address for service of documents. Do i just wait now i have still heard nothing from cap one ?
