600/500 is the retail store (and 3rd party) tariff. If you want the 1000 txt on the q1 08 tariff you'll need to speak to CS or better still retentions threatening to cancel (even if you are within your contract term) on the basis that new customers get a better deal online. Apart from advising you of any applicable term fee (in contract) retentions will more than happily change your tariff to the q1 08 £35 online, keeps our conversion rate up. How exactly do i do that?? x

how come i am only getting 600mins and 500 txts for £35 a month then? am i entitled to 1000 txts? what all am i entitled to i want to get the most out of my tarriff xxx

I completly agree with the over priced!! well said, i got my iphone for a present, (birthday being on xmas day) and was quite impressed with what it has and the tarrifs etc, only thing thats really anoying me just now is all these 3rd party manufacturers promoting iphone products that arent compatable with the iphone but compatable with all ipods nano etc. Eg i bought an iphone gift pack from a company called solware - ebay only for the speakers as i wanted wee speakers for my bedroom, already have a bose system in the living room and only ipods nanos etc work on them... i also bough iphone headphones... they dont work either, only on ipods nanos etc even the new sunbeds where you can plug in ipods now while you bake.. they dont work with iphones!!! its sooo anoying!! for an expencive product u would have thought it would work!? its a different headphone connection than ipods nanos etc... WHY?? to make life more difficult?? or just so that you can only buy apple products for it!? not fair in my eyes i have spent a fortune on false advertising iphone products!!!! Grrrr anyone else had this problem xx

I Refused an offer from clydesdale bank they tried to for me off with a £200 check, my original claim was for over £1600!!! i was claiming my case through the FOS, i sent my check back to the solicitors/bank, and was waiting for another offer, the FOS sid it shouldnt be too long before the clydesdale bank get back to me with another settlement offer as it was over 6 weeks since i sent the check back!! now im gutted!! its going to take months before this ''test case'' gets sorted out!! been waiting for my claim for ages!! i hope the banks lose and everyone gets all there money back!! And why are they not putting a stop on the charges going to our accounts just now if everything has been put on hold!!??

Absalutly rediculous!! i really do hope the banks lose this case! and hope it doesnt take to long either! am still waiting on a settlement offer from the clydesdale bank, the FOS Have/was helping me with my claim! last week they said the banks wouldnt be long in coming back with an offer now because they had been over there 6weeks in replying to the FOS! Ive been tackiling my claim for months now, and was sooo looking forward to a little extra cash over the summer!? lloks like we will be waiting a little bit longer now? a year?? im with the clydesdale bank and i live in scotland! please keep me updated if there is any more news!! x

just spoken to the FOS AGAIN! Spoke to them about claiming back interest, i have to wait till i get my offer from clydesdale bank, if im not happy with the offer and i want to claim back interest i then write a leeter to the FOS asking them to contact clydesdale again with regards to another higher offer with my interest added on!! thats now 6 weekd that the FOS have been waiting on a responce from the clydesdale, i believe that was there limit... shouldnt be long now (i hope) xx

i have just spoken to the clydesdale bank, 0113 231 5038 - Mr Ian Livingstone (not to sure what department he is in) but they are the ones dealing with the FOS claims! he said my case will DEFFINATLY be dealt with within two weeks? they will contact the FOS with a settlement - (the ammount of my claim i hope) then the FOS will contact me... to see if i agree with the amount the Clydesdale bank are willing to credit back onto my account, if i agree... then they will contact clydesdale again explain i am happy with there settlement figure, and EVENTUALLY, the money should be put into my account withing the next few days after!!??? hey guys, im also waiting for my charges from the clydesdale bank, my claim is going through the FOS, I keep phoning the FOS AND ASKING IF THEY HAVE HEARD ANYTHING FROM THE BANK? MY ANSWER IS STILL 'NO' 'NOT YET, WE WILL CONTACT YOU AS SOON AS WE HEAR ANYTHING...' ive been waiting months now... is there any way we can push this by contacting the bank themselves?? im really hoping we all get our money soon, i havent yet spoke to the FOS regarding claiming back my interest... do i need to ask them? thanks again for your help, please read my thread, still waiting for statements from the clydesdale bank (whick i did eventually recieve) total of £1600 in stupid charges!

Hey Jc, Still waiting for the FOS to get back to me.. there still on the case to the clydesdale bank, shouldnt be too long now, they have up until 6th of august to get back to me/FOS! If they dont get intouch by then, i will be filling my papers for court!! where about are you in your case?
