bad news just got letter been told judge @cardiff 14/09 refused our appeal to have stay lifted on bla bla bla but have right to apply for hearing will find out the cost but will appeal been fighting to long might be time to contact television

the case was to be heard on 14/08 at cardiff ..cardiff stayed the case 1 week before the hearing..i then appealed the stay and appealed under the hardship lettetr on cag site ie wife has incapacity benefit going into account ...case was heard as a bundel of cases on friday 17 september i didnt request personal hearing couldnt afford the cost only judgement court said on friday by phone that letter of judgement to lift stay should arrive tomorrow tuesday..

didnt request hearing so didnt go requested judjment hope i havnt done wrong thing by not going,,if i loose i will appeal for an oral hearing.

our case at cardiff to have the stay lifted was heard on friday 14/09/07 awaiting letter on decision letter from court ..i hope for good news anyone else know..

had hearing 10th aug..case stay..requested apeal..of stay ..court official(very nice and helpfull) has told me the judge will be looking at all cases on stay appeals today friday or monday cardiff court..

have sent barclays copies of claim ie statements of charges .court hasnt asked fot this yet just gave them total of claim through hmcs web sight

i have raised a court action against the woolwich for 4,200 in bank charges through the hmcs web site ..the bank have just filed an acknowledgment of service saying they will defend all of the claim in 28 days at northampton county court help what do i do next
