Well I phoned the court as Abbeys defence was due to have been with them by 27/5/07.They are still working through the backlog and can't tell me if one is with them yet.(At least 3 week backlog)Must be any day now I would of thought. The waiting is killing me:confused:
-
Checked this morning nothing at court from Halifax(although could be in the backlog) but I'm going to send the letter anyway. Fingers crossed.

Hi abroadgirl, As I don't know how to do it so I can't put the links up for you(perhaps someone can help a computer idiot like me and tell me) but I know of 2 recent ones that were posted . Reka v Abbey Nardone v Abbey Have a read of those as they are very interesting. Glad
-
Stick to your timescales not Abbeys. This is a standard letter from them.So if your LBA has been sent then the next step is filing your court claim when your 14 days are up. Glad:)
-
A quick question ; although Abbey sent me a copy of their defence they were going to file at court one has never been received by them.Am I able to file for judgement that a defence has not been entered .The date they had to enter it by was 1st June. Thanks
-
Of Course:p

No I'm just sitting back waiting for them to reply- however there is a backlog at my court of 2 weeks. I'm just hoping one day they just put it back in my account like quite a few others recently.

Hi LS16 I am at exactly the same stage as you -Halifax have until 19th to acknowledge my claim too. Glad
