Sent an email to Ms Hinchliffe -lets see if she replies.

Court was really helpful and said it was sent and therefore deemed as served.Guess what- no answer from legal team!

just a bit pxxxxd off after that phone call. Don't know what to do next(if anything)

Well- just had a call from a lady at Halifax who tells me they never received the paperwork from the court!!Yeah -right. Basically they say that the have until 4th July to file a defence.I said to her that this is not right as they should have acknowledged my claim by 19th which they hadn't as I checked with courts.She asked if I had a copy of the notice of issue from court that they could have-haven't got a scanner or fax so couldn't forward one.They are contacting the court. I reminded her that I had sent a letter giving them 7 days as they had failed to acknowledge. I was told that this had been passed to another member of the team who should contact me by the end of next week!!!Great:(

Don't give up- I know its scary -there are times when I feel totally out of my depth but people on here are excellent and will help you.Believe me there is a light at the end of the tunnel and IT WILL BE WORTH IT

Yes standard letter.I had one and they even had the cheek to put in a leaflet explaining their charges and why they charge!!!!Still going to court though:) Stick to your guns

Hi The letter giving them 14 days before you take to court is the LBA. Personally I would send the one you can download from this site.Look in the template letters(if I knew how to put a link up to them I would-sorry) Good luck:)
