Hi further to my letter for a CCA following my card being cancelled the EGG have now written to us offering us our charges back??? I called them today to say I would like this sent to me by a cheque but they have refused saying it has to go onto my account as I have a balance? Can they do this? I now cannot use the card with the high interest and cannot have access to the money they say I am due? They have NOT supplied the CCA? Please help

I wonder if anyone can help I have contacted Orange to request a refund of the charges they have been applying to my account as I pay by standing order or bank transfer instead of direct debit. Orange have come back stating that they will not refund these charges I am not confused as I had understood that they were not able to make these charges? Please can someone advise me as to what I should do next? many thanks

Spoke to Thomas in the litigation team today. Seemed very helpful. Charlotte is dealing with our case but isnt in today. Thomas asked me to e-mail a copy of the order to Charlotte as it may be stuck in their postal system. The date of the judges signature is 1/6/07 and the order gives them 14 days from date of service. I only got my copy on saturday the 9th. Is the date of service likely to be the same date that I got my copy....The question now is do I help myself by sending the order direct to them or should I just sit on it and wait for judgment day?
