received a letter from DJ sollicitors saying that they have applied for the case to be stayed.... and that i should be getting a letter from the court to confirm that.. in regards to the letter from DG sollicitors for the stay... do i have to send a removal of stay letter yet or wait for the court to confirm this first... The case seems to drag.... and the bank seems to try to buy more n more time.... Dunnoo whats next...... Had an account plus with hsbc where they were charging an extra 12.50 monthly which ive cancelled now.. and they still charge me £75 for being over my overdraft limit at most by £10/// These bank are just making money out of us........... The Guildford court is on the case by case process and despite the application from DG.. any boby knows if the guildford court will accept the stay or not.. Give me a good news anybody ..... to boost me confidence a bit .. feel that am fighting a losing battle.......HELP>>>>>>>>>>>>

hey , just receive a letter from DG sollicitors saying that they have applied with the OFT and FOS for a stay on the case. and that the FSA has agreed to that .. my claim started in beginning of april and is still being carried on ,..... thats not fair ... the bank was defending the case on a different issue other than the unfair bk chgs. i dont know whats next,,, need to wait until the test case is being resolve i suppose... can we get the stay off .......

hi, my claim started on the 12th april... now got a letter from dg sollicitors saying that they have applied at the oft and fos for a stay on my claim until the resolution of their test case... they have suspended all case and the fsa has agreed to that.any help...

Sent my allocation questionaire and the bank waited until the last moment to ask for another 2 wks to send theirs, which they did, they are still defending the case , the court said to me via a phone call that the bank is defending the case in regards to other issues and not the actual bank charges claim... the bank is still charging me £75 overdraft fee for just being overdrawn for £15... Charge me interest and make me over my overdraft limit and charge me another £75... RIDICULUS......... I dont know now what will happen.. The case has been transfered from Epsom County court to the Guildford County court and apparently the judge is Processing these case in batches.... my case will be processed in the OCT 07 batch now apparently, Note that i started my claim on the 12th OF april 07... Paid the court £100 initially - £150 for the alloc Ques... and still waiting,,,, Dunno whats NEXT.................. Any suggestions of what it next to happen....... I have done everything which needed doing, done my allocation questionaire waited until the last minute, the bank requested another week to give theirs, which they did, the are still defending the claims. :( and now i need to wait for the judge to decide, apparently the bank which is the HSBC is defending the case not on the original case which is the claiming of the Bank charges but they are defending it on other issues - thats what the court is telling me, havent got the details as just yet. my case has been transfered to guildford county court and i need to wait until oct for the court to process the case in batch..... any suggestions of whats happening now..... bank are postponing the case as long as possible.... are they gonnna pay or not... what other issues i dont know... my claim was 4250 - + 150 court fee + 100 court fee again...+ upatedinterest and new charges.... hi, i have received an allocation questionaire to fill in, as the bank hsbc has denied all charges and put a defence that there charges are all not default charges and is defending all... now i need to pay another £100, for the allocation questionaire on top of my 120£ paid for filling the case... the bank stopped the £120 cheque and the case was frozen for 2 wks as i didnt know that and i had money in the bank..... i dunno whats next they will be upto
