  1. sent off the LBA on 02/05, got another reply yesterday dated the 21st saying they still required more time to investigate and someone from the CRT would be in touch within the next 4 weeks. I'm in no rush for the dosh so i will hang on a few more weeks before filing with the small claims.
  2. if you sent it via recorded to a po box address it will not show as being signed for, you have already had a reply from the after the prelim letter so they can't argue they never recieved anything. I'm at the point where i am ready to file a claim, but i wil give them a bit longer, i am off on holiday next week and would rather wait 'til i get back to do the mcol.
  3. i would like to go but i am in work that weekend the 13th a possibility
  4. congrats on your win, 3 more days before i file a claim with MCOL. what's bothering me is the lack of comunication from the co-op regarding my case, is this just a delaying tactic to put me off? anyway, enjoy your new found pocket money.
  5. Recieved standard letter yesterday with usual 'sorry you are not happy...blah blah' so can't be long now.
  6. Hi Chaps and Chapesses, Requested the list of charges back on the 2nd march and they arrived today, had almost all my statements from the bank so this was just to plug the gaps, anyway, grand total of £4788.50 :o is in contention. just about to fill in the spreadsheets, i will not be asking for interest at this point but i think it would amount to around £800 at this time. will post of preliminary letter later today. will keep everyone posted, thanks for any input.
  7. Thanks, maybe time to chase up, 40 days limit is tomorrow. edit: arrived today, £4788.50, result.
  8. Hi, can i asked which address you used for the DPA request, sent mine to Delph house, Skem back on the 2nd of march but have had no reply whatsoever yet.
  9. thanks guys, already read a little info and started to create a list ( i have almost all statements since '96 bar some 'gaps'), got a figure so far of £3743.50, (£4350.22 with 8% interest) but the online banking won't go back as far as the missing statements, may have to request them if i cannot find them.
  10. hi all, reading up on claiming some charges back from the co-operative bank, reading all the faq's and guides etc.. would also appreciate any help if i need any advice further down the line.
