Would it be alright if I enclosed my previous address and other identity information ?

I'm currently in the process of reclaiming charges from LTSB and Bcard, so I know how the game works. The problem I'm facing is to do with an old Cap1 card. Now it's the fairly usual story, £200 limit bumped up to £800 with charges, sold to DCA and paid off. Obviously I want to reclaim the charges from Cap1. Now I paid this all off in early 2004, so its all cleared. The problem I have is that since taking out the card I have moved house and haven't informed Cap1 of this, hence the debt being passed to DCA for action. So my issue is how do I go about sending the SAR for this account ? Can I just add a note on the bottom telling them what my previous address was ? Cheers B

I have been reading the site in great depth, especially to do with DCAs and their underhand tactics. I'm now in the process of reclaiming charges from LTSB, BCard, CapOne and fighting Westcot, Lewis and DLRS concerning paid debts. What an awesome resource there is here. I have learnt an amazing amount about CCA and the workings of banks. Thanks to everyone.
