Hi, I am claiming over £6000 of charges over the last 6 years from the Ulster Bank. So far I have sent 2 letters and had the reply that their charges are fair etc ........So today I downloaded and sent off the Financial ombudsman complaint form, after some research I learned that the ulster bank has paid most of the charges back after the complaint being investigated by the FOS. If I don't have any luck there I will make a claim at court. Will keep you informed
