well i still havent filled in the spreadsheet. just looked at it and thought "what". i am considering getting legal help and paying somebody to do it for me. i think that will be the easiest option. can anyone help with the spreadsheets? -
bazak1 i am in the same boat as you. i am at my aunties house as i dont have word at home. i am confused too. do you put in every amount paid or just list the charges that we have occured? also what interest rate are you claiming for?

i have recieved my responce to the S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) and there is an address on the bottom it says any queries to be sent to this address. it is cap ones legal dept. is that where i send my next stage too? Also i got some print outs for 1 year worth of statements and then some screen print outs that are headed with activity browse and memo lists. I cannot see if there are any more charges added after the year, which im sure there are as i never paid the balance off til 4 months later? can anyone help. it says action amount and action date? also contractual interest is that 34.9% tia diggs:)
-
oh i didnt think to claim back interest. its around 29.9% or maybe more.
-
i have recieved my statements from welcome finance detailing charges against my account. looking at the next stage which is asking for my money back, do i just edit the letter where needed?
-
do i use the form with contractual or compounded interest?
-
as far as im aware you only need consent from one of the account holders.

Backwards charges by scottish power

i have had the same problem too. i also recieved the exact same letter. i rang up sp as i had just moved over to british gas and they said that someone had tried to access my property 3 times. I recieved no letters to say they were coming and they left no letters/cards to say they had been. I asked when they had come and they had actually came when i was in (daughters birthday) and i know i never went out. they said i must not have heard them knock, what an excuse. I actually think that they never came at all as the other day i recieved a letter to say they were coming to change the meter. do i still have to pay mine? -
i can find them, just cant open them.

when i try and open the spreadsheet to put charges on it wont open. i have tried all of them and none of them will work. maybe i havent got the right programmes on here?

i didnt send the template letter from here, i just wrote a short letter asking for 6 years statements. tbh i dont think i have many more charges going back to over 6 years as i was always good with my money then.
