PleaseDo not give up, I started a claim for £6800! in January sent the letters etc got all the stock replys. I was at the point of having to start proccedings, but was really worried as the amount was over the 5000 small claims limit.I wrote to the ombudsman and lodged a formal complaint. Within 4 weeks I received a letter from them saying the TSB were prepared to offer £6300 as a settlement rather than face a formal enquiry. I accepted the offer!Dont give up you will win out in the end

Hi All Really new to all this, I have logged on a few times and looked around the site maybe I am not used to all this! Does it get easier as time goes by. I am a loyds tsb customer who wants to try and recover my charges where do I start? I would be very gratefull for a point in the right direction
