Hi Dave iam claiming Welcome Finance for PPI & charges the letters i have sent SAR got reply sent 1st letter fobbed off on answer sent 2nd letter got answer saying they would refund £350 as a goodwill gesture then they sent me another letter saying i will not get PPI back that they would be willing to go to court so iam about to send LBA but need some advice

Hi all Archie here been setting up for court with welcome not only with PPI but with Charges to been doing some research & came across a piece of info i found The OFT HAVE NOW DEEMED that all companies not just banks that charge high interest rates have to pay them back as from 6th April by law so i hope this info is helpfull in your quest now welcome cant say they are covered because there not

Hi Guys Archie here been setting up for court with Welcome been doing some research & came across some very useful info that might now change things in our favour on Friday 6th April a new legislation brought out by the OFT NOW DEEMS that all companies including debt collectors come under the same as bank charges & are now liable to be challenged for repayment to customers by law something that Welcome were hiding behind now the flood gates have been opened these guys dont have a leg to stand on i will be writing 1 last letter to them informing them of this situation I hope that this info has been helpfull go get them now

As i said my next step is court they are hiding something & one of us will expose it in court all the best when you get there i will be watching Archie

Hi all Archies the name i to am after this lot just to let you know i sent a SAR AWAY GOT MY STATEMENTS then got copies of the agreement sent to me along with PPI details sent away my Prelim letter with the charges sheet for claiming back fees & PPI have been sent letter back saying your claim for PPI is not missold as i signed the documents but they said that they will give me back £315 back on my account as a goodwill gesture on their behalf to me they know they are in the wrong & this is a fob off today recieved answer to prelim saying they are ready to go to court so be it this lot are hiding something if anyone has won or been to court & lost please post on as iam GOING TO COURT BOYS & GIRLS READY FOR ACTION why would they put £315 back on the account if the did nothing wrong PEOPLE TAKE NOTE WILL KEEP YOU ALL POSTED & THANK YOU FOR LETTING ME JOIN YOUR THREAD

Hi Its Me Just recieved my answer from Welcome looks i too have 28 days to get them to court they sent me letter today still offering me £315 as a goodwill on their behalf but they do not feel the PPI was missold that it was voluntary so you are not alone Archie

Maria already done all that final letter went on friday just sitting now waiting to start court procedures i just wanted to know if anyone else had dealings with direct group but haven't had responces yet will keep you posted Archie

Craigmac need your help ive had a reply from WF on my PPI & CHARGES they have said to me the PPI was not mis-sold because Direct Group have sent me 2 claim forms which i never filled in or sent back they have also given me £315 which is a goodwill saying to take this as full & final payment help me out i dont know if they are testing the water with me did you have any similar incidents with your claim
