Hi, First post...hope it works. Did you get anywhere with fighting their charges? I'm in a similar situation now, couldn't make a full payment last month, trying to catch up as and when possible, but I'm getting 10-12 phone calls per day, text messages every day, and they're trying to charge me £15 every week my account is behind. I'm ill, and waiting for benefits to be sorted out. I've had no personal income for two months, but they don't give a s**t, do they? I have the same conversation time after time...explaining, promising and frankly GROVELLING. Of course, I'd be OK if I'd only spent hundreds more on their overpriced health insurance, wouldn't I?! Sorry to go on, but this lot really make my blood boil! (And just for my information, did anyone else who bought a car from YCC feel that the whole experience was like being interviewed like a murder suspect? Tatty interview room, watery and tasteless coffee, being left to cool your heels while the staff disappear indefinitely to 'check with the manager' endlessly....) AAAAARGH!!!! Feel better now. D.
