i don't want to sound bitter but why did this site not recomend the FOS??? my partner phoned them with his complaint and within 12 days had all of his bank charges back without all the rigmarall of posting this letter after that. i have been using this site and its recommendations since the 11th of january and now i'm going to have to wait till the end of the year cause of this test case. my court date is on the 13th aug and i'm going to have to waste yet more money on my bundle just to have a judge make a stay on my claim!!!!! not only that i may not get any money back. the banks must be confidant of winning if they have requested a test case, otherwise they are just going to cost themselves alot of money and embarrisment!!!! :confused: :confused: sorry for my spelling mistakes!! and sorry if i sound peed off but if this site would of told me about the FOS way back in january then i woud of had my money back by now

hi i'm in court on the 13th aug so shabby have till the 31st july to send me theirs. if they don't because of all this test case mallarcky will that go in my favour????? i'm so peed off because i've been doing this since the 11th january and now i'm so close to my pay date this happens!!!!!!

i have been on holiday visiting my mum in spain so now after checking my mail i have only 6 days to get my AQ put together!!!!! bloody ell!! after i have done the washing and shopping i will no doubt tackle this situation tonight with the help of a nice cup of coco!!! i have just discovered i am excpecting (*agian) after 1year of trying!!! HE'S NOT BROKE AFTER ALL LOL!!!!!!

well the buggers have put in thier defense. i reciaved the court letter this morning. so now its a waiting game once more. they have 28 days from the 5th april 2007. oh well nothing is as straight forward for me. but hay i'm in this till the end now..... till we meet agian cheryl

yes it is meg&mog... thats why i'm hoping they don't acknowlege the claim.... as this buys them another 28 days to start off with, even if they do acknowlegde the claim and a court date is set they usually pay up a couple of days before.. they use scare tactics because they don't believe most people will go as far as the court date with out giving up. i do however need to check my account with abbey as i've not used it since january and i've not recieved any statements either..... i got to the po9int of debt collecting agency because my account is now £1,277.89 OD and my overdraft was only £550.... this is however only due to the charges that were applied to my account.......keep ya posted:D

its ok thnks for the reply though.... i have in fact now got the info i've been looking for. my claim has been pretty simple up to yet. their reply to my L.B.A was pretty much standard but if it was not for this site it would of put any1 else off taking the matter any further. i now know how to ask for a judgement and i've had another look with regards to the AQ so again thanks x x xi'll keep u updated x x x x

lol x my claim to abbey is for 3,000 i've no idea how much this one will be and i'm not estimating yet as i don'tn want to get my hopes up

shabbey have till the 16th to make a defence. i have been a little slow on the uptake as i've not been to well and i've had so much work to do. anty way i recieved a letter off the courts and they now have till the 16th fingers crossed they don't bother eh!!! how have you been getting on james31??

well you will claim it back anyhow lol the only reason i called to double check was because my friend has claimr=ed back 4,556 and when she first started she forgot to put a check in and they wrote back to her stating it was only £5 x x:confused:
