  1. All volunteers here. Depends on whose around at the time. I'm sure others will add their opinions later on.

  2. Hey Moaning, You've certainly had to go digging for that one! I'm quite adept at finding hidden stuff on websites, but that is hidden quite deep... Or was it a fortunate Google search?

  6. Sorry, been on holiday and had no access to the site as it said my connection was insecure(India). I have been in contact with the press (Kent Online), and they have already written an article about my situation and are keen to follow the story if it progresses. I would be very happy to continue talking to the press if Evri dig their heels in, but would be willing to sing their praises if they treat us reasonably. I have sent an email to admin Many thanks

  7. Are you the litigant in person and you have to pay £7648.19? Or were you represented by counsel (which you didn't mention up until now!) and are owed £7648.19? if you are owed £7648 - you didn't tell us you had a barrister! If you owe £7648, how come the other side still had a claim? you told us it was struck out ....... as ever, you aren't making things clear.

  8. Great work. They really haven't got a leg to stand on. This a public road, not a car park, so not relevant land under POFA, so no keeper liability. End of story. Even if by some horror the judge were to reject that argument, they sent their nonsense out too late for POFA so again no keeper liability. Plus all the other reasons their case is pants.
