  1. And right on cue their rep just came to suggest having a chat “to discuss my position if I would like that?” I replied, “not really, I think my position is pretty clear”

  2. It stinks to high heaven. I think I'll keep pushing the LLDC to issue enforcement action on the illegal signage, but I haven't got the enthusiasm to appeal and go through it all again. Honestly, you wouldn't mind if they even played by their own rules, but if the courts only see them as guidelines and that simply by scatter gunning tiny signs all over the place they have done their duty.

  3. Should they issue a claim without issuing a PAP then any defence must contain the following paragraph.....which has an adverse effect on costs . 1. The Claimant has not complied with paragraph 3 of the PAPDC (Pre Action Protocol) Failed to serve a letter of claim pre claim pursuant to PAPDC changes of the 1st October 2017.It is respectfully requested that the court take this into consideration pursuant to 7.1 PAPDC. 4. You cannot truly believe that the likes of Mrs Miggins at number 94 had the foresight and perception to consider what effect Brexit would have on the Irish border or how the UK could adjust if it was suddenly plunged into a situation where it didn't have a single negotiated trading relationship with any nation on earth. You harp on about the referendum being 'democratic' but Mrs Miiggins was neither voted for or elected but somehow got to make the most complex and important decision in generations. She had no qualification or mandate. How is that democratic?

  5. Hi Something to also consider. Also remember as that was a Caravan Site they would require a Licence from the Local Council to Operate. Where the Dog Fouling happened is not only a Health & Safety risk but also against the Law (Dog Fouling Act). (I would remind them of that) Also due to the Dog Fouling you can also report this to the Local Councils Environmental Health Team (for the area the Caravan is situated).

  6. There is so much twisting and misinformation in your posts it is hardly worth the effort. Maybe Cameron did say it could take 10 years to get e deal BUT that is not what the likes of Farage, Gove and Johnson were saying which is what I suspect many people were listening to. There seems to be a consensus that a great deal of the vote was an anti establishment vote which is rather ironic when you look at Farage et al. You also seem to be sadly misinformed about the system of democracy we have in this country, it is a representative one; that means we (the people) have passed our vote to the representatives we elect. As it seems mos

  7. They're claiming an exemption under Schedule 2 of the Data Protection Act. Not applicable in this case as I pointed out in today's correspondence. I put forward an offer to settle which would see them pay me less than I'm claiming and provide me with the personal data I have requested. I've given them a little over two weeks to get back to me. Given their solicitors' uncanny ability to misinterpret the provisions of the DPA, I expect this will keep rumbling on until it's passed to Counsel, or goes to a hearing.
