Welcome finance loan advice needed, missold ppi

Hi i need your help please let me know what to do

Me and my husband took out a joint personal loan on 31/03/2007 from WF of £2000 (APR variable 58.10% ) for 36 months, also took insurance with it of £1745.38

I was working part time on a temporary contract. after several weeks my contract ended, then after a while my husband lost his job, he was van driver and he lost his drivers licence. I called to the insurance company to claim but they told me I'm not entitled because I worked less then 16h weekly on time being policy. so looks like had missold ppi.

We paid only 3 months, and we stopped making any payments, i was suffering from postnatal depression and couldn't deal with anything properly.

At the end of 2008 we went on a debt management plan with Gregory Pennington. Was with them till now, but I found they didn't help to me much so was looking for different financial help, and luckily joined this forum. I decided to deal with all my creditors on my own (with your help of course)

I called to WF to let them know,and also then GP to inform them I wouldn't make any more payments because I'm going to deal with WF directly.I asked WF to send to me all statements and agreements which they did.

from statement looks like i have to still pay them £5405, last charge for capitalization was in June 2008 and last interest charge in February 2008. GP and myself paid all ready to WF 1526, interest charges £1673 and capitalization £656. Don't know where are coming this all interest and capitalization since all are different to each others etc. 10, 187, 194, 166 why are there so different? what does this mean?

 

What should i do?

i want to sent a ppi misold, should i do anything more?

please help me!!! step by step what to do with them.

Some more questions;

 

You say this was joint loan-whose name first on agreement ?

You said you paid 3 rats then stopped is this meaning 3 months you paid then stopped ?

So you was on the dmp for about 18 months ?

Do you have papers from Pennington to show what they was paying to WF ?

If so what amount was this and how much a month ?

Yes i was with DMP. GP wasnt theta good with statements, didnt inform that well, but i can see from WF statements then GP pays them every mount different amount started from 17.39 23.22 20.49 22.37 on some occasion they pay 38.66 dont know why was different amount

And what was total that you pay to WF for first 3 months ?

Do you know how much you paid to GP in all time he was dealing for you ?

I am thinking that when you take out the loan,you was told that you had to have this insurance yes ?

I have many creditors, so GP was dealing with all of them for me. Yes i know how much i payed to GP, have receipts and bank statements

remove all pers info inc barcodes etc but leave all figures and dates.

goto one one of the many free online pdf converter websites

convert the image to pdf format.

open a new msg box here

hit go advanced below the msg box

hit manage attachments below that box

browse to your pdf file and upload it

hit close this windows at the bottom below upload it box

yes the WF agent come to my house with all ready prepare agreement with added insurance on, i thought i wouldn't get a loan if i will not agree to the contract with PPI
