Hi there

Just called BOS again - usual LBA was delivered they will try and fast track - called again today - money should have been paid on 20 June - nothing.

As I am claiming £1814.00 (ex Interest and Costs) how do I do this - it's too large amount for the small claims court.

Do I have to go through the Financial Ombusman - if so where do I get the form to complete - and is it true that I cannot claim interest and costs etc with them?

Thanks

Hi there

I live in Scotland.

I've filled out the form for the FOS and under the section what do I want them to do to resolve the claim I have put in the amount of charges + interest + expenses (which I have stated that I will deduct the cost of court action - which I think is about £35.00) if the FOS manage to resolve the issue on my behalf.

Thanks

S:)
