thank you for awnsers to my previous questions- i can't seem to post a query other than here- not very computer literate!

i have decided to claim at the court and my querie is this. i started this journey in febuary and wanted to claim for six years back to 31 03 2001.

now that i am ready to file in court six years takes me back to 10 05 2001. should i adjust my schedule of charges even though i have already submitted them to nationwide twice? also when i multiply £4809.55 by 0.00022 for the daily interest i get the figure 1.058101- what is this in pence??

thank you

Hi there!

To get to the Nationwide forum - click on the link below.

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/nationwide/

When the page loads - go to the bottom of the page and click new thread. You are then in the right place and right forum for Nationwide.

Your claim begins from when you send your first letter - to ask for it back. So even though that may take you past the six years, it is the date that your claim began.

If they delayed in sending the Data request and statements, again logical arguement would be that it would be from when they were due.

At this point of filing in court - you can add the 8% on all the charges. I assume you have already done this?

The daily rate in pence is £1.09pence.

All the best,

CJ
