YB have usually send a local solicitor, with no information, to settle the claim - on the odd occasion it's got that far. That was before the test case though, so we'll have to see what happens.

i trust by now you got the same letter as me this morning along with my father who are also appearing (or were) the 7th sept in teesside courts

 

im currently looking for a letter template to lift the stay, i would advise you to do the same, if i get any infor i will post on here

Checked my mail and there is no letter from YB or the courts.

 

Do they only send the stay etc once they have received your court bundle?

Went to the Teesside Combined Court and there is a stay on th ehearing now.

 

However this was only a verbal piece of information, I have not had a letter informing me of a stay.

hi im at teeside courts n the 7th just got back today from hols an waiting was a letter from the court to tell me they have put a stay on my case an have till 4th to do something am short on time so help guys what do i do now

I still have not received a letterr even though when I went to court they said there was a judgement / stay on the case.

cheers well i must have one extra for you cause got another on this morning so two judges on different days have read my case an both have put stays on i wonder if i get the hat trick tommorrow...........

Ok so now I have recived a letteer from the court stating there is a stay on my account,

 

I guess I am no different to the majority now.

 

Do I use the word document to appeal or the one where you have to pay £35 ?

If you want to appeal it you will need to apply properly and pay the fee.
