DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Well, that is their preference on completing the DQ as they have opted for no hearing...you can do the same on yours or if you prefer select a hearing.

I haven’t received anything from court as of yet I.e Directions. Should I have heard something by now?

I haven’t been able to concentrate on this as I’ve had a major family event to sort out so my mind has been elsewhere.

You submitted your defence 20th Jan = 33 days for claimant to respond 22nd Feb...or claim stayed. Don't ever be fooled just because they post you a copy of their DQ in advance.

Unless the court has messed up....let's see what transpires.

I’ve just had another look on MCOL and it’s now showing DQ sent to me  on 21/03/23 and case stay lifted 21/03/23  ☹️

Can I do the DQ online? Or does the paperwork have to be filled in?

you can email the court using the CORRECT email address,

its not helpful to keep vanishing for 3 weeks at a time doing nothing either..!

There was a blip when I posted asking If could complete the form online and it repeated the same question from 3 weeks ago.

I was asking if it had to be posted back to them not asking the same thing

yes we all have issues too i admit.

MCOL is only one way of responding to a claim.
(AOS, DEFENCE, N180 ETC)
.
If you are having problems logging in, or would prefer not to use MCOL
you can fax, email or post your response to the Court instead.

If you send your response by e mail
please send it to ccbcaq@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk

ensure you quote “Claim number xxx xxx (type of response i'e AOS , Defence, N180)” in the subject field.
.

you do not use email nor give email/sig/phone for the one to the fleecers no.

just post it ....get free proof of posting.
