There are TWO types of Claims In Scotland :

Simple Procedure Claims for Sums Under £5000 

simple procedure (scotcourts.gov.uk)

Ordinary Cause Claims for Claims over £5000

Please follow the relevant posts below for the type of claim you have received.

Have you been receiving statutory notices headed “Notice of Sums in Arrears”  or " Notice of Arrears "– at least once a year ? Give answer here

Was there a dispute with the original creditor that remains unresolved? Give answer here
