Evening all,

been a while since ive needed your help,

hopefully this one is quite straightforward,

Β

sorting some paperwork the other day and I found some loan agreements from 1994 onwards with TSB and Natwest various amounts but all seem to have some type of insurance payment on them,

Β

do I still need to SAR them to start a PPI claim or can I do it with just the loan agreements?

Β

Regards Purp

SARs under the new GDP are regime are free of charge and you only have to wait 30 days – why not. Go ahead and send the SARs and get whatever you can.

Β

Make sure you told that you want everything they've got in any form in respect of any period and wherever it is stored – whether it is electronically or in a microfiche archive. Follow the SAR link to the template. Worn them that you won't stand any nonsense and that you will make and immediate complaint to the ICO if there is any funny business

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marksΒ and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVERΒ  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...Β
