going to have a battle with barclays... the thing is im not one for reading loads of different documents, is there a simple way of me just getting the charges re-funded? i dont know what im looking for exatcly. is it somthing i need to print off ie: a letter or do i have to write my own? any help appreciated

If it was that easy we wouldnt be here:D

you need to spend 3 days reading the site, follow all the steps you are going to take, gather information as you are advised and go form there.

 

Make your self a Barclays thread under the list of banks linked at the base of this post and follow sucessfull claims other members have managed.

With alot of time and dedication there is no reason why you shouldnt have your charges refunded.

Once you have located your bank and have made your thread, select thread tools at the top right of the thread, choose subscribe to thread, then select Yes.

To locate your Claim Threads

Just up from thread tools and to the left click Quick Links, this will offer subscribed threads. In here you will see your claims
