I had a loan from Lloyds in 2000 and have recently made a PPI request

they have messaged me to say they will be contacting me via telephone today to discuss this.

I am unsure exactly of what my payment amounts were

do I have to tell them this or do I just SAR the bank for anything they may have regarding the loan.

The loan was for 5k over 3 years but I am unsure of the interest rate

don't converse on the phone

they are usually loaded questions to enable them to reject your claim.

get an sar running and do the claim properly

using spreadsheets and the FOS questionnaire

send or starting a speculative claim

only results in a speculative reply

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Thanks for your help DX100

I am unsure of the interest rate on the loan so best to send a SAR to see what they come back with then do I resend the claim again once the SAR has been received? I know I was paying back £198 and it was for 3 years and included PPI
