Hi,

Yes, whether your in a dmp or not you can still claim back any mis-sold PPI, what's the story with the card ie history ect.

Do you have all your statements for the account, Barclaycard took over Egg so it is them you will need to contact.

Any advice I give is honest and in good faith.:)

why are you blindly paying a DCA on ANY of your debts?

have you sent each one a CCA request?

and whos the DMP with

not a fee paying fleecer I hope?

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Thanks for the replies.

For starters I'm with Step Change.

Have been for a number of years now and as far as I'm aware they're not fee playing fleecers??!!

As far as my Egg Card goes I have nothing apart from the 6 monthly statements that Cabot send me.

The only in info I can gain from this is the date I signed up to the card

and the date it was passed to them by Egg.

I only had a couple of grand on it and I'm down to about £400 now.

Finally .... sorry for being thick but why do I need to request a copy of my CCA??

Hi,

You should send a SAR to Barclaycard as this will give you all the info you need regarding any payments made also any PPI payments.

How old is the card.

good you are with stepchange at least they are free

trouble with all DMP providers is they never check the legality of debts?

so you need too.

by sending each 'creditor ' you pay thru stepchange a CCA request

can you list your debts please

and who owns them now. and what they were [type/OC]
