Putting it to bed!!

I used to have a credit card account with MBNA.

After the account had been withdrawn by MBNA due to faults by my-self (late payments arrears ect) I did eventualilty clear the account, I cant remember what happened to the account.I dont recall closeing the account my-self(I will find out)

My point is "Could I make a clame against MBNA for the high chargers that was added to my account for the late charges?

Kind Regards.

If the charges are within the last 6 years then yes.

Just make a DPA request under your name, giving any other addresses you may have had during the period in question. The will then have to provide information on any accounts you have held.

Go to the FAQ's if you need advice on how to do this.
