o2 will have it though...somewhere...who initially placed the default.......default stands...Carter/Lowlife are irrelevant.

Still worth a shot at it, if lowlifes are administering the reporting they must have the ability to remove it

How far is the court from you? I would go along just in case and put in a wasted cost claim against Lowlifes. I would also take a complaint letter along listing the length of time this has taken and the grief and frustration it has caused you.

 

It would be a costs order against Lowells, or a wasted costs order against Carter ......

I would expect a general order of judgement to arrive.

 

 

A judgement was made just because that happened to strike the case out I don't see makes any difference.

 

The courts don't rush these things 2 weeks isn't way off their time scales.

No...the defendant is not notified if a claim is struck out/dismissed.

got letter from court today saying upon the claimant not attending and hearing the defendant in person the claim is struck out

 

So now they do inform :-)

have today received a letter from (LOWELL SOLICITORS) saying NOTICE OF CHANGE OF SOLICITORS. please note that with immediate effect we have now been instructed to act for the claimant in respect of this matter in place of bryan carter solicitors llp. we have been supplied with the file and are instructions are to deal with your defence. if you wish to discuss this matter call 0113 335 3343 only 5 weeks late

Plenty of other posters received same neil...all on claims either dismissed or struck out...think they are on catch up and not aware the claim has finished.
