Hi

i am new to the forum and any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated,

Several weeks ago I sent a SAR request to Santander to see if I had PPI on a loan I had taken out,

when i received a reply back today I thought I would have nothing more to do than open the envelope and look through the files,

unfortunately this has been impossible, due to the quality of the loan agreement they have sent out to me.

I have uploaded copies of the agreement they sent to me.

.( this is the quality of agreement they sent to me)..

Now i am not sure what to do next,

and if i have grounds to ask them to send out another copy but of a better quality that is readable.

kind regards

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

god I see what you mean that's terrible!

let me search something I think we have a better copy of one of those and we can compare

look at the first statement

if you were charged PPI or any insurance

they should be listed on the first few transaction lines

Hi this was a loan and I only received these 2 pages with terms and conditions attached, also received 4 pages of printouts labeled Loans & Mortgages - General Details.

Had expected some info on a credit card I had with them but there was nothing relating to the credit card received with this envelope.

thanks

has the 40 days run yet?

we have seen instance where info does come in several lumps from differing places within an organisation.

so you have no statements yet?

They 2 pages are terrible, you'd think everybody has the right of access to a legible copy.

Any advice I give is honest and in good faith.:)
