I know that this is a bit of a long shot as i have came to quite a stand still,

 

ive decided to start claiming back all ppi that has been wrongly sold to me ,

 

i recently found my old credit agreement from when i purchased a car from YES back in oct 2004

and realise there was ppi , mechanical break down and gap insurance .

 

ive tried googling and as far as im aware daf have ceased trading,

 

i would really appreciate it if someone could give me some help as what to do

and how to maybe get my money back .

 

i have read many posts on here but havent seen any recent ones or sucess stories

just hoping someone can help and maybe also tell me what i may be entitled to

if im able to find out where they are

 

cash price of car £6000 (financed)

 

total charges £2198

 

admin fee £300

 

balance £8498 19.9% over 48 months

 

ppi £650 paid £600 upfront

 

gap £350 paid £300 upfront

 

ADDED INTEREST £41.60

 

TOTAL AMOUNT PAYABLE £1041.60 19.8% APR 48 MONTHS AT £2.95

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
