Firearm threat made to Council Tax bailiff

 

The "no-cost to the taxpayer" use of private bailiff firms to collect alleged council tax debt must be brought into question when the taxpayer funds these types of Police operations.

Wonder if the man with the gun originally only owed a penny or a couple of quid, as NELC and dossers can turn a penny into a grand with fees.
