So despite the follow up call to DG on the 8th, and a nice lady called Rachel calling me to confirm the account details, I have still had NO correpondence from DG solicitors and no offr in full, damn it!

I have to submit the Allocation questionairre by tomorrow, so guess another £100 goes into the claim.

Has anyone heard how slow DG are getting with the increased volume of calls and general Christmas slowdown.

Is there any reason why I seem to be tracking slower than others on this site?

hiya. Im in the same boat as you. I called them last friday to see if they have recieved my list of charges, and rachel phoned me back to confirm, but didnt mention anything about an offer. So gunna phone again tomorrow and ask how my claim is going. The courts want my papers back by the 30th, so i have a little while longer yet. good luck!

OK, I had to submit the AQ by the 20th with another £100.

Got home on the night of the 20th to find a full refund offer letter from DG, dated the 12th.

I have left several messages for Rachel Tomlinson to see if they will cover the extra £100 court costs, but no response yet.
