how much is this debt?

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

something doesn't sit right here somwhere

you need to findout

what that is and exploit it to your advantage.

Hi

Right SAR is off and away.

In the meantime i need to put the ball back in 1st credits court. Any ideas about how i could stall them without sending the personall info would be really appreciated.

Also i still dont understand why the 2 cca copies have completely different rates on them ?

Dx100uk is there anything i can add that might shed any light on your feelings about this account.

Citizen B thank you for that link.... very handy.

Regards

CB thanks for the link, works now.

Pooraz I am confused as to which two CCA's have different interest rates. Can you point me to the right documents

Maybe they have varied the rate hence the difference.

As for RBS selling the debt I can not comment but if the OP is assetless and income less maybe they are just getting what they can for it. There are lots and lots of assignments going on at the moment
