A few of my own debts are with this bunch if clowns. Three infact.

 

Had letters this month thanking me for corospondance, but they have misplaced it and would I mind sending it again.

 

How can they lose documents?

I think a complaint should be lodged, then follow it through to the ICO, and the OFT and Trading Standards.

 

Clearly they are demonstrating they are 'not fit for purpose'!

the letters they have lost had your passport detail in it (proof of id that they wanted ) also your bank account details so not only are you going to have to get a new passport ( 10 year adult ) at there expence but also the cost of having to change bank accounts.

Definatly report them to ICO and Trading standards and whilst at it to FSA

If they can't safeguard correspondence it doesn't bode well for processing personal data. As already mentioned, a complaint to the ICO.

All the correct info is on the letters:

 

ref, client, balances etc.

 

It just amuses me that they have managed to misplace THREE files for THREE DIFFERENT clients lol.
