One of my debts has been 'transferred' from Santanader to Viking (their own in-house DRA). If my repayments were current, do they have the right to re-negotiate my payment schedule, or do they have to carry on with the original payments as agreed with Santander

Makes no odds. They have always been able to review the payments, if they were currently below the minimum required within the t&c's for the account.

We could do with some help from you.

Hi Welcome to CAG,

Why has it been transferred? Are you making reduced payments?

If so yes they can renegotiate it's the same company.

Any Letters I Draft are N0T approved by CAG and no personal liability is accepted.
