I posted two parcels to my son who is at uni in France. this was on the 4th September, the parcels contained all his clothes, books, contact lenses etc etc. as he is there for a year.

After one week the tracking system failed and P2G then declared them lost! They were sent via Parcel Force and GLS in France, so after many phone calls by myself in this country and my son in France we tracked the parcels to a warehouse near where he was.

I went back to parcels 2 go who assured me that they would now be delivered within two days!!

I spoke to P2G every day for two weeks and every day they assured me that the parcels would be delivered! This was via a live chat and their customer service was appalling:mad2:!

eventually my son went to the depot in France , by taxi, at massive expense to be told they had been returned to England!

I collected them from my local post office only to find one opened and half the clothes removed , the other badly damaged!

I again spoke to parcels2 go who insisted they were lost and i should claim!

For 5 weeks now I have been trying to claim for the lost clothes, everytime I upload what they ask for they send something else! they still seem to think the parcels are lost even though I email them twice a day!!!:|

I am at my wits end! I really dont know what to do next! I am frightened they will throw out the claim because it has been going on too long, but this seriously takes 1/2 hour of my day every day :mad2:

Can anyone advise me???

  • 3 weeks later...
I had a run in with p2g a few month back.

They wrongly delivered two of my parcels which cost me 150.

They ignored my emails so I sent an lba giving 7 days to pay the 150. They didn't so I put a claim in with the county court.

As soon as they received the claim they paid.

Very easy to do.

Hi, would you mind telling me what address you served the county court papers on? They don't publish a postal address or contact phone no on their website.

Frankly this company is a joke. I ordered a delivery with insurance costing £12.82 which they passed to CityLink for collection. No collection took place. The Parcel2Go operatives said it had been passed to CityLink correctly and was listed as "not collected". I contacted CityLink and they denied all knowledge of having received the order. Parcel2Go agreed to refund but will only refund to a so-called "pre-pay account", eg, an advance discount on future orders! I have requested over and over that they refund my card but to no avail.

My advice: avoid Parcel2Go like the plague.
